For one of our client, a leading Airline company, we invite application for the position of Senior HR Managers as follows:Incumbent should be Graduate with MBA10-13 years of experience of performing entire gamut of HR functions viz.- Manpower Planning & Recruitment- Performance Management System- Manage employee expectations and resolve grievances- Developing Job Definitions, Roles & Responsibilities- Training & Development- HR Policy- Coaching the line managers in HR related issues.- Grievance redressal / Counseling- Employee welfare & Recreation activities.- Devise & develop HR Policies, Systems and Procedures.- Ensure effective implementation of HR Policies and agenda across objectives- Identitying the needs of training and developing based on the organisation objectives- Payroll Management & Statutory Comliances
