The purpose of this role is to manage all team and process related issues for Indigo Airline – Call Center Operations. This would entail team management activities including effective process control, monitoring voice standards, performance reporting, value innovation, and escalation resolution. The team size would be of 15 - 20 agents on inbound calls from Airlines Customers.
Salary: up to 3.50 lpa
Experience
· Experience in handling a team of inbound voice based process.
· 3-4 years of experience in travel preferably airlines.
· Knowledge of GDS.
· Experience in Travel industry / Indian Airline Market will be an added advantage.
Experience in Customer Service / Relations.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
